An introductory workshop to help individuals understand the reality of life in poverty, the causes of poverty, and Dr. Payne’s insights into economic diversity.  This material is vital for volunteers and community leaders who seek to partner with the people they serve in building a sustainable community.

II. Bridges Out of Poverty – open to the general public

Date & Time: Saturday, January 21, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Registration Deadline: January 14

Location: The Chapel at First Baptist Church McKinney (1615 W. Louisiana St., McKinney, TX  75069)  Park in main parking lot and enter through doors to the right of the main church entrance.
